Do you deliver items outside Qatar?
No. We do not deliver outside Qatar at the moment.
Is the delivery free of charge?
No. We charge a minimal amount for the delivery based on the volume of the item.
How many days will it take for the item to be delivered in Qatar?
It takes 2 – 5 business days to deliver and item within QATAR. In case of heavy duty items like refrigerators, Television of size 40” and above, Washing machines etc which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 3-5 business days. The delivery may delay incase of any unforseen circusmstances such as product getting out of stock or supplier run out of stock. In such cases, SharafDG reserves the right to inform the customer and cancel the order or propose alternate products.
How do I avail the 24hr promise (Brand Promise)?
Click “view stocks” to check product availability before you visit a store. In case a product is “out of stock” our executive will check availability with the distributor and promise free delivery of the product to your home under the Sharaf DG 24hr promise.

How much is the delivery and shipping charges for sending heavy duty items?
The shipping and insurance charges are calculated by volume. It is different for different items. The system (website) will calculate the shipping and insurance charges and show you at the Confirmation page of the shopping cart.
How do I place a pod (pay cash on delivery) order online?
Currently Pay on Delivery (POD) option is disabled for Qatar on SharafDG website
Can I place an order and collect the item from store?
How can I avail the 0% epp (easy payment plan) for online orders?
Please check with your bank for EPP option before making an order online. Once you place the order online, simply inform your bank and they will guide you through the process.
What do I need to know while shopping online at sharafdg.com?
- Try to use your official email id.
- Give maximum possible details about your shipping address along with Landmarks. This will help the delivery person to reach you fast and easily.
- While paying through Credit card, please make sure you do not press the payment button twice. This can create technical issues.
- In cases where the FMU (Fraud Management Unit) require verification, we may ask for certain documents (Proof of ID and Copy of the Credit Card.)
Is the payment safe and secure?
Yes, your payment happens online through our 3D secure payment gateway which is Visa verified and MasterCard secured. Your details remain private to you as we do not collect your credit card details.
We accept all internationally accepted visa/master debit/credit card.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order provided the order is not dispatched. In such cases, a nominal amount will be deducted from the payment for processing and handling.
I have been delivered a wrong item! What now?
You may refuse to accept the item while delivery. In case of a packed item, do not open the original package. The specifications will be available on the box. Verify the details and return it to any of our nearest store with the invoice. We will arrange and deliver the replacement to your address.
Are all items sold at sharafdg.com new?
Yes, all products advertised on Sharafdg.com are new, we order directly from the authorized supplier in the region so each item you receive will come with the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Can I add extended warranty after i pay for my order?
Extended Warranty can be added for 1 year and 2 years after you make an order. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries regarding this.
Do all products have warranty?
Yes, all products purchased at Sharafdg.com come with a Warranty. The Invoice is your proof of purchase for any warranty claim. Extended warranty can also be purchased through SharafDG.com.
What if I change my mind?
Please contact us at email@example.com. If you change your mind before we dispatch the order, we will issue a Gift Voucher worth the amount that you have spent. A complete refund will only be possible if your reason for cancelling the order is valid and approved by the management.
What happens if I am not home to accept delivery?
