Return & exchange Policy - Qatar 

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

  1. The warranty tendered hereunder, on the product(s) sold under this invoice has been provided exclusively by their respective Authorized Agents/Distributors and are limited to QATAR for one year from the date of this invoice, except otherwise mentioned as per the warranty conditions as carried along with the product(s) or mentioned on Sharaf DG invoice.

  2. Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand owner/supplier and Sharaf DG is a facilitator only. 

  3. Accessories, Batteries and consumables are not covered under warranty.

  4. Warranty becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/other service center.

  5. Please retain sales invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.

  6. Warranty is applicable within the limits of QATAR only, unless specified.

  7. Software malfunctioning, accidental damages (such as drops, spills & liquid immersion) and defects arising out of natural calamities will not be covered under replacement.

  8. If an out of warranty or damaged unit is given for repairs and the estimate is not approved by customer, diagnosis charges will be applicable.

 


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY - Oman

 

  1. In case of any manufacturing defect, all items purchased from Sharaf DG will be either exchanged or refunded within 15 days of the date of receiving.
  2. Any product purchased within 15 days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications, will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel or manufacturer’s technician as applicable.
  3. In case of all major/medium home appliances, large panels and audio/video products, the exchange/refund will be done after the investigation report and approval is received from the authorized service center of the brand.
  4. Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled items and Promotional Vouchers.
  5. If the product is damaged, scratched or the packaging material is not available then the exchange or refund will not be applicable.
  6. If the product returned, has any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, Sharaf DG will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, as for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.
  7. For products beyond 15 days, manufacturer’s warranty applies.
